This summer a lobster shack has popped-up out front of the Arts Center,

the perfect spot for a pre-show delicious but expensive snack.

A very buttered toasted roll with fresh lobster was very good though was a bit much, would have been good half the size or to share.

The truffle fries were amazing! A try once thing at $35.

It turns out Pinchy's Lobster Bar at the Emporium and this pop-up aren't are the same.
