Liven Eats @ Chilli India @ Thursday, August 24, 2017 Friday 28th July  When it comes to Indian at Melbourne Central apart from Little Indian in the food court, there's Chilli Indian in the indoor laneway past Kikki K that's always buzzing with students, workers and a lot of Indians (always a good sign) looking for a quick and cheap eat. All the mains are $15 and under.  At 6pm on a Friday night it was packed! Of course you could order takeaway or wait for a table. They were small and not so great though, the indoor ones. There's also seating in the corridor/laneway, refer to the last picture. 
Chicken Dosa $13 + Mango Lassi $3.5
I've never had dosa before, a thin pancake with filling. Chicken and veg. Didn't really like it, though it was spiced it wasn't too hot, but there was too much onion.. I want to try a different filling next time. Maybe cheese and mushroom? It was severed with three dips including a light hummus like one. *not sure what the others are* 
Very quick and friendly service this place was crazy busy!
Not normally said the waiter. It was 6 pm and there were lines
We'll be back for the dosa! Also butter chicken.
