Not sure what size scoop this is, but I'd say it's one scoop. Free on opening day, the line was long but fast, we waited only about 10 minutes. There were seats in the area, though also the new set of stairs leading down to the food court.
Location - Next to Hoyts, Melbourne Central. The other one is Flinders Ln x Main St, where the police station used to be. |
