Time Out Melbourne Magazine's 50th Edition Party @ Loop Roof @ Tuesday, June 28, 2016
Monday 20th June
Time Out Magazine is one of six of Melbourne's event/things to do guides (theatre, restaurants, bars, movies, shopping, events, activities, things to do, music, art, clubs, tours, dance & nightlife). Tonight we join them in celebrating their 50th edition at Loop Roof, a rooftop bar with a garden! Watch out for the cactus!
Starting off we had Espresso Martinis, the drink of the moment, coffee before noon meets martini after lunch. A pick me up with a dash of fun and feisty.
Keep Off the Gardens!
Potato & Mushroom w Caramelized Onion - Yum! The perfect balance of flavour.
Scallops. Always lovely in their shells.
Deep fried oyster was a first for us, tastes like, well batter.
Sliders! Juicy patties, American cheese in a cute size, we loved them!
Over the course of the night we had the delight of sampling what Loop Roof had to offer, the highlights were the sliders and wings (not pictured). It was quite dark, and so my +1 took pictures for us (I can't hold still). The one time I didn't bring wet wipes and there were sticky bbq wings. Delicious though and we can't wait to return for them!
Congratulations Time Out on your 50th Edition!
